There's a new baby pig coming this Friday. Honolulu's successful food truck turn brick-and-mortar, Pig and the Lady, is opening their second joint, Piggy Smalls in the Kaka'ako arts district. Chef Brandon Lee will be at the helm of the new kitchen specializing in fusion comfort food--from pho spiced pastrami sandwiches to potato beignets, the touches of Vietnamese and French influences remain reminiscent of its flagship. You can bet there'll be a line of foodies at the door this weekend.
