Louisiana meets Maui at Fat Daddy's in Kihei. Called the best BBQ in Hawaii, folks like the 12 hour smoked brisket and the cornbread made with cream corn. I've driven by so many times but typically don't think of eating BBQ on Maui, but next time I'll think twice and stop by.
